70 Micron VMPET And PE Laminated Film

Description:

It is aluminumized PET film laminated with PE film.

This product is made of three layers of co-extruded PE and biaxially stretched PET by glue.

Combines the advantages of both PE and PET materials,PE is a three-layer structure,

which can be designed into various structures, such as heat sealing/printing/blocking-aging.

PET provides stiffness, heat resistance and other functions.

Step 1: Extrusion

► High density polyethylene resin (HDPE) is extruded via the blown film process to form a tube. The tube is cooled and collapsed into a flat tube.

Step 2: Aluminized.

► The PET film will be aluminized.

Step 2: Lamination

► Finished HDPE rolls and VMPET rolls are laminated by special gule.

► After lamination, film is surface treated for ink adhesion and graphic purposes. Finally, the film is wound on a core to estimated yardage.


Advantage:

► The surface gloss is good and has a strong reflective effect;
► Protects the aluminum-plated aluminum layer from exposure to air aging;
► High strength, high temperature resistance.
