Description:
It is aluminumized PET film laminated with PE film.
This product is made of three layers of co-extruded PE and biaxially stretched PET by glue.
Combines the advantages of both PE and PET materials,PE is a three-layer structure,
which can be designed into various structures, such as heat sealing/printing/blocking-aging.
PET provides stiffness, heat resistance and other functions.
| ► High density polyethylene resin (HDPE) is extruded via the blown film process to form a tube. The tube is cooled and collapsed into a flat tube. |
| ► The PET film will be aluminized. |
| ► Finished HDPE rolls and VMPET rolls are laminated by special gule. ► After lamination, film is surface treated for ink adhesion and graphic purposes. Finally, the film is wound on a core to estimated yardage. |
